Through my smart shopping workshop, I will show what to look out for at the grocery store that could be sabotaging your health and instead what foods could enhance your health. With the in-person smart shopping workshop, we will walk the grocery store of your choice together as we explore the in’s and out’s. I also provide the smart shopping workshop via Zoom where I provide a personalized list can help you pick out the best foods for you and your family.

The pantry makeover is simply an activity to assess which products we should buy more of and which to buy less of.
