One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Four weeks

 -During the one-on-one coaching sessions that span over four weeks, the client and coach will meet once a week and go over the client’s personalized plan set by the coach. Sessions will focus on nutrition and incorporating body movement into the client’s day-to-day life. Each client is individual, and each 4-week coaching session will be tailored to each specific client. The four-week session plan is perfect for clients who have completed the four-week jumpstart program and want to keep the momentum going

One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Eight weeks                                                                                 

-Similar to the four-week coaching sessions, this one-on-one coaching session spans over eight weeks, where the client and coach will meet once a week and review the client’s personalized plan. Sessions will focus on nutrition and incorporating body movement into the client’s day-to-day life and go in more depth of knowledge since the sessions are longer. Each client is individual, and each 8-week coaching session will be tailored to each specific client. The eight-week session plan is perfect for clients who have completed the four-week jumpstart program and want to keep the momentum going.
